The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil. John 7:7
The attacks on Paris were horrific.
Now, once again, Western nations are seeking to take the terrorist threat seriously but the evil actions of zealous religious fanatics and criminals should never have been neglected as if their small numbers could ever defeat the world powers of Russia, Germany, Britain, France or America.
Just the mere thought that terrorists believe violence regardless of how many lives are lost is a sign of strength and power is blinded by hate.
As the news reports about the escalating number of people in Paris who were killed, wounded and are in critical condition, we must look at the totality of what these terrorists does on a daily basis.
The murders, suicide bombings, rapes and force kidnappings of innocent civilians in Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan and Israel also need to be addressed in the casualties.
And let us not forget the most recent downing of a Russian commercial flight that took the lives of 224 and among those were children.
Nevertheless, let us not paint all the people of the Middle East as terrorists. That also would be a mistake.
Look at it this way. These terrorists who declare to know God knows nothing of the true love and nature of Our Lord.
Paris is known as the “City of Light.”
And despite another attack in France this year against its people and its freedom,
Paris Light is now brighter because of its people showing the world that they are strong and united as one!
May God give comfort and peace to the people of France. Our prayers and support are with you.
The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies. Psalm58:3
